All our banana breads are made from the everyday basic ingredients and baked in 8.5" X 4.5" X 2" loaf pan. Each loaf measures on average 2 pounds. The ingredients include the following:

Bananas

Flour or Gluten-Free Flour

Pure White Sugar, Powdered Sugar and/or Brown Sugar

Baking Powder/Baking Soda

Butter

Eggs

Vanilla Extract or Flavoring

Salt

Various fresh fruits such as apples, blueberries, bananas, pumpkin

Various nuts: Cashews, Macadamias, Walnuts, Pecans, Pine Nuts, Pistachios, Almonds

Raisins

Ube (Purple Yam)

White Chocolate Chips

Chocolate Chips

Shredded Coconut

Cinnamon

 ***Please be aware of possible food allergens such as tree nuts, eggs, and fruits that may be used in other product variations.

***This food is prepared pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:24-11 in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Department of Health.
